APPOINTMENT CONSIDERATIONS/ CANCELLATIONS
There is a $100 deposit is required at the time of scheduling the initial appointment
Appointment times will be held for 72 hours and cancelled if a valid form of payment is not placed on file within the patient portal.
The deposit is credited to the account and will be used towards the no show fee or applied towards the patient’s account balance after the visit.
Just like the hotels and other entities in the service industry, there will be a $100 fee charged for any no show appointments / Same day or less than 24 hour cancellations
Initial assessment appointments that are cancelled without 24 hours notice may not be given the opportunity to reschedule
Established patients that have two no shows may result in discharge from practice
